Privacy policy

The National Angel Capital Organization (NACO) runs this site to collect signatures for joint letters to the Government of Canada.

What we collect: your name, title, organization, email address, city and province, and whether you asked for updates.

Why: to add your name to the letter, confirm your signature, and, only if you ticked the box, send you updates from NACO.

What is public: your name, title and organization appear on the letter and in the copy delivered to the Minister and the local Member of Parliament, after our team reviews your signature. Your email address is never published or shared. Your city and province are used internally only. To protect against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile and keep a scrambled record of network addresses for 24 hours.

How long we keep it: we keep signers' details for this campaign. If you asked for updates, we keep your email and consent record for as long as we send them; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your rights: to see, correct or remove your signature, email policy@nacocanada.com. We do not share your information with any other campaign or organization.
